ANOTHER BATCH OF SHOWERS NE ARK AND SE MO ASSCD WITH VORT MAX LIFTING NNE BUT SHOULD STAY SE OF FORECAST AREA. SOME CLEARING SEEN IN IR SATELLITE IMAGRY OVER WEST CENTRAL IL AND MUCH OF MO AND IA...AND SFC OBS REPORTING CLOUDS SCATTERING BELOW 12K FT OVER NE IL. MAY SEE SOME SUNSHINE THIS MORNING BUT WITH STRONG CAA AND VERY STEEP LAPSE RATES...CLOUDS WILL DEVELOP RAPIDLY. ENOUGH INSTABILITY AND TROFINESS FOR SOME SCATTERED AFTERNOON SHOWERS. FWC AND MAV GUIDANCE ONLY PUTTING OUT ABOUT 15 KNOTS OF WIND THIS AFTERNOON BUT AVN AND ETA BOTH INDICATING 30 TO 35 KNOTS AT 850MB.
