SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS THE SOUTHERN AND
WESTERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY FORECAST AREA THIS AFTERNOON IN
RESPONSE TO THE UPPER LOW STILL IN PLACE OVER WESTERN KENTUCKY AND
NORTHEAST ARKANSAS.

WE WILL HOLD ONTO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH MIDNIGHT AS MODELS
SHOW WEAK S/W ROTATING AROUND THE EAST SIDE OF THE CLOSED LOW THIS
EVENING. AFTER TONIGHT THE LOW WILL GRADUALLY DRIFT SOUTHWEST AWAY
FROM OUR CFA. WE WILL KEEP A CHANCE OF DIURNALLY DRIVEN
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE FORECAST THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
