INCREASING SOUTHERLY LOW/MID LEVEL FLOW AND MID LEVEL DRYING WERE PROVIDING ORGANIZATION/INSTABILITY TO STORMS THIS EVENING WITH STORMS BEGINNING TO TRANSITION FROM PULSE TYPE TO FAST NORTH MOVING BOW STRUCTURES. STORMS THAT DEVELOPED SOUTH OF WINNEMUCCA DIMINISHED AS THEY MOVED INTO HUMBOLDT COUNTY...BUT HAD A STRONG OUTFLOW WITH WINDS GUSTING TO 48KT AT WINNEMUCCA. ANOTHER SERIES OF BOWLIKE STORMS FORMED OVER WESTERN ELKO COUNTY AROUND 845 PM. THE MESOETA ACTUALLY PICKED UP ON THIS DEVELOPING A STRONG VORT MAXIMA OVER WEST CENTRAL NEVADA AND MOVING IT NORTHWARD INTO NORTHERN NEVADA BY 06Z. IN ADDITION...THE MESOETA SHOWED A JET MAXIMA ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FEATURE MOVING NORTHWARD ACROSS CENTRAL NEVADA AND HELPING TO INCREASE THE LOW/MID LEVEL FLOW.
