PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES NEAR 1.5 INCHES...LI'S (-10)...CAPE AROUND 4500 J/KG. TRIGGER TEMP WAS NOTED AT 85F. WITH THESE TEMPERATURES REACHED AT KBPT/KLCH RADARS INDICATING THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA.
