VERY MOIST/UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE. SURFACE BASED CAPES RUNNING 2500 TO
3500 J/KG IN RAIN-FREE AREAS.

UPPER LOW LINGERING OVER MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL KEEP REGION
IN VERY UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN. SYSTEM CURRENTLY SPINNING OVER
SOUTH MISSOURI PROGGED TO DRIFT SLOWLY SOUTH...EVENTUALLY
FILLING LATE IN THE WEEKEND LEAVING OPEN WAVE ACROSS CENTRAL

AFTERNOON. A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD RAPIDLY BECOME SEVERE...AS THE
REGION REMAINS UNDER A VERY UNSTABLE AIRMASS.
