ALLEN PARISH IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA * UNTIL 500 PM CDT * AT 400 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF KINDER...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. * THIS STORM WILL BE NEAR...
