SURFACE BOUNDARY CONTINUES ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST PART OF THE FORECAST
AREA FROM THE NORTHWEST GULF INTO SOUTHERN VERMILION PARISH THROUGH
IBERIA PARISH. STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED ALONG THE BOUNDARY
THIS MORNING WITH SOME ROTATION SEEN IN THE STORMS.

IN THE MEANTIME...UPPER LOW SPINNING INTO WEST CENTRAL TEXAS WITH
DRY SLOT ENTERING THE SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS AREA. AS THIS SYSTEM
MOVES EASTWARD...WOULD EXPECT HEAVY RAINFALL AND STRONG THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPMENT TO DIMINISH DURING THE AFTERNOON. UNTIL THEN WILL KEEP
FLOOD WATCH UP IN SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA AS PW STILL ABOVE 1.50
INCHES KEEPING THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAINFALL.
