FRONTAL BOUNDARY AT 17Z WAS DRAPED OVER CENTRAL GEORGIA...WITH TRAILING END EXTENDING INTO SOUTHERN ALABAMA. EAST COAST SEA-BREEZE HAS DEVELOPED (ST. AUGUSTINE REPORTED EAST WINDS AT 12 KNOTS).
