ELSEWHERE...WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWER/TSTM ACTIVITY IS STRUGGLING TO PERSIST IN CAPPED ENVIRONMENT...DESPITE LIFTED INDICES APPROACHING -9. AS SUN GOES DOWN...EXPECT CONVECTION TO DIMINISH.
