ON TIMING. ETA/AVN A LITTLER QUICKER THAN NGM AS THEY HAVE VORT
INTO WV BY 18Z...WHILE NGM HOLDS IT BACK INTO OH. PCPN ALWAYS SEEM
TO HOLD ON LITTLE LONGER THAN MODELS EXPECT IN THE SE...SO WILL
SLOW THINGS DOWN AND LINGER PCPN IN THE SE INTO THE AFTERNOON. ALL
MODELS SHOW NEGATIVE LI IN THE AFTERNOON ACROSS THE WEST...BUT THERE
IS GOOD SUBSIDENCE IN THE AFTERNOON...SO FEEL THAT ANY CONVECTION
WILL BE SUPPRESSED.
PW REMAIN AROUND TWO INCHES DURING THE MORNING HOURS...AND WITH VORT
STILL TO SWING THROUGH...WILL LEAVE FFA ALONE.
SECOND VORT DROPS SE INTO THE OH OVERNIGHT. AVN A LITTLE QUICKER
BRINGING A LOBE INTO THE FA BY LATE AFTERNOON. PREFER THE SLOWER
