SOUTHEAST TEXAS FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HOUSTON/GALVESTON TX 235 PM CST MON FEB 26 2001 CLOUDY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST THRU THE WEEK WITH SOUTHWEST FLOW MOVING OVERHEAD. CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION CONTINUES THRU AT LEAST SAT AS IMPULSES EMBEDDED IN THE FLOW ALOFT MOVE OVER THE AREA. TOUGH TO FORECAST TIMING AND PRECIP COVERAGE IN PATTERNS LIKE THIS SO WILL KEEP CHANCE POPS THRU THE PERIOD.
