0-6KM SHEAR OVERCOMING ASSUMED MARGINAL INSTABILITY. WORST STORM
MOVING THROUGH THE HOUSTON METRO AREA NEXT 2 HOURS. SHORT WAVE
MOVING THROUGH SOUTHEAST TEXAS TONIGHT WITH PRECIP EXITING BEFORE
MID EVENING. NEXT WEATHER MAKER DEEPENING SHORT WAVE MOVING INTO THE
SOUTHWEST U.S. FRIDAY THEN EAST AGAIN ACROSS TEXAS OVER THE
WEEKEND.  SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE 12Z AVN FROM 00Z MRF SO CONFIDENCE
