* AT 436 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER
  INLAND PORTIONS OF GALVESTON COUNTY AND SOUTHEAST HARRIS COUNTY
  MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 15 MPH. UP TO 5 INCHES OF
  RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
