CHEROKEE COUNTY IN UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 815 AM EDT * AT 509 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN CHEROKEE COUNTY...MOVING SLOWLY NORTH. * RAINFALL RATES OF SEVERAL INCHES PER HOUR WILL RESULT IN FLOODING OF RIVERS AND STREAMS IN CHEROKEE COUNTY.
