THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MUSKEGON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 545 AM EDT

* AT 128 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN COVERING MUCH OF 
  MUSKEGON COUNTY...EXTENDING NORTHWESTWARD THROUGH OCEANA COUNTY. 
  THESE STORMS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.  ALREADY...PORTIONS OF 
  MUSKEGON COUNTY  HAVE SEEN UPWARDS OF TWO INCHES OF RAIN.  THE 
  ADDITIONAL STORMS TRACKING DOWN FROM OCEANA WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF 
  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH 300 AM EDT IN MUSKEGON COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
