TO STALL SOMEWHERE ACROSS SOUTH TEXAS.  WITH A SERIES OF WEAK
SHORTWAVES TRACKING WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST FLOW ALOFT...PERIODS OF
CONSIDERABLE CLOUDS SHOULD OCCUR INTO THE WEEKEND.  THE CHANCE OF
RAIN IMPROVES ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY WHEN A COLD FRONT PROVIDES THE
