LAKE BASIN WITHIN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

.SHORT TERM...SITUATION IS SHAPING UP FOR A HEAVY RAIN EVENT ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE CWFA. WENT WITH ETA/AVN BLEND FOR DETAILS.
ATMOSPHERIC COLUMN CONTINUES TO MOISTEN UP OVERNIGHT WITH
PRECIPITABLE WATERS APPROACHING 1.8 INCHES FOR THE WESTERN ZONES.
STRONG NEGATIVELY TILTED 500 MB TROF TO PASS THROUGH CENTRAL ND
OVERNIGHT WITH A SERIES OF MCS CLUSTERS TO MOVE THROUGH BY 12Z
MONDAY. DUE TO LOW FLASH FLOOD GUIDANCE VALUES IN THE DEVILS LAKE
BASIN...WILL ISSUE A FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THIS AREA TONIGHT. OTHER
