* AT 909 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 2 MILES WEST OF COLFAX...OR ABOUT 20 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF WAHPETON...MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.

WESTERN MN WITH ELEVATED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO TRACK EASTWARD
NORTH OF THIS SFC MOISTURE BOUNDARY. THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
TO BECOME SURFACE BASED AS THE DAY CONTINUES. TRAINING STORMS ARE
