* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN BELTRAMI COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 625 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN FROM 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BAUDETTE
  TO 25 MILES NORTH OF BEMIDJI. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH.

* DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES OF AT LEAST 2 INCHES IN
  THE LAST 3 HOURS. THIS WILL AFFECT THE SOUTH BRANCH OF THE BATTLE
  RIVER IN BELTRAMI COUNTY AND THE BAUDETTE AND PEPPERMINT CREEK
  IN LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING
ARE HARD TO RECOGNIZE. RAPID RISES IN RIVER LEVELS CAN BE EXPECTED
