THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND FORKS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN KITTSON COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 215 AM CDT

* AT 1008 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM
  DONALDSON TO KARLSTAD WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
  CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER THE SAME AREA...WITH LITTLE MOVEMENT OVER
  THE LAST HOUR. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL
  AROUND MIDNIGHT...BEFORE DISSIPATING THEREAFTER.

* HIGHWAY 11 FROM DONALDSON TO KARLSTAD MAY BECOME IMPASSIBLE. THE
  TOWNS OF DONALDSON AND KARLSTAD WILL BE AFFECTED BY FLASH FLOODING
