COLD FRONT NOW PUSHING INTO THE COUNTY WARNING AND FORECAST AREA
WITH FALLING DEWPOINTS OVER CENTRAL TEXAS. THEREFORE, THE CHANCE OF
RAIN OVER THE AUSTIN AREA APPEARS LESS THAN PREVIOUSLY ASSESSED.
WILL KEEP POPS IN THE 10 TO 20 RANGE ACROSS NORTHERN SECTIONS. WITH
NO SIGNIFICANT BUILDUPS NEAR THE AREA, AM LEANING TOWARD SLIGHT
CHANCE POPS ALL OTHER AREAS EXCEPT SOUTHEAST. ONCE THUNDERSTORMS
BEGIN, SOME ENHANCEMENT IS POSSIBLE AS AN UPSTREAM SHORTWAVE
APPROACHES.

TOMORROW, ANOTHER SEVERE WEATHER EVENT SHOULD UNFOLD AS THE AREA
WILL FIND ITSELF IN THE ENTRANCE REGION OF AN UPPER JET WHILE WEAK
SHORTWAVE DISTURBANCES PASS DOWN IN NW FLOW. 12Z MODEL RUNS CONTINUE
THE TREND OF A WEAKER COLD FRONT AND EARLIER RETREAT OF THE FRONTAL
ZONE SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY. WILL TAKE AN AVN/ETA MIX TO END THE
CHANCE OF RAIN AFTER SATURDAY NIGHT WITH THE UPPER RIDGE TAKING HOLD
SUNDAY. ON TEMPS, WILL FAVOR COOLER PREVIOUS FORECAST NUMBERS OVER
MODEL GUIDANCE WHICH APPEARS TOO WARM AT NIGHT. THE EXTENDED
