VAL VERDE COUNTY * UNTIL 1115 PM CST * AT 1021 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO WESTERN VAL VERDE COUNTY.
