THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  VAL VERDE COUNTY

* UNTIL 1215 AM CST

* AT 1142 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG SIGNS THAT A TORNADO WAS DEVELOPING       
  OVER VAL VERDE COUNTY.  THE STORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH 
  OF DEL RIO OVER LAKE AMISTAD.  MOVEMENT WAS TOWARD THE             
  EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
