SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO TX 144 PM CDT SUN SEP 9 2001 OUTFLOW BOUNDARY CONTINUES TO SURGE SOUTH AND EXTENDS FROM NEAR EAGLE PASS TO ALICE AND THEN INTO THE GULF OF MEXICO. MEANWHILE... FRONT MOVING SOUTH THROUGH THE HILL COUNTRY. ALL CONVECTION ALONG THE OUTFLOW BOUNDARY. SO FAR...NO DEVELOPMENT ALONG FRONT IN SPITE OF GOOD HEATING AHEAD OF IT. SUSPECT THUNDERSTORMS HAVE STABILIZED AIRMASS.
