* UNTIL 100 PM CDT

* AT 1050 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  CONTINUING TO TRAIN NORTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH FROM KARNES INTO DEWITT
  AND LAVACA COUNTIES FOR THE NEXT ONE TO TWO HOURS.  RAINFALL RATES
  OF UP TO ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED. 
  
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
