* AT 741 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINS
  CONTINUING FROM SAN ANTONIO TO AUSTIN.  WITH RAINFALL RATES AS LITTLE 
  AS ONE INCH AN HOUR AND SATURATED GROUNDS, RUNOFF WILL BE 
IMMEDIATE    AND FLOODING IMMINENT.
   
THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION...FLASH FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED.
