* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LAVACA AND DEWITT COUNTIES

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1155 PM...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING ON HIGHWAY 111
  IN LAVACA COUNTY SOUTH OF YOAKUM. SEVERAL CARS HAVE BEEN WASHED OFF THE
  HIGHWAY. MOTORIST SHOULD NOT DRIVE ON HIGHWAY 111 IN LAVACA COUNTY.
  ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF THIS ROAD AND OTHER...ACROSS LAVACA AND DEWITT
  COUNTIES IS EXPECTED AND MOTERIST ARE CAUTIONED WHEN DRIVING IN THESE
  COUNTIES.

ADDITIONAL RAIN OVER THESE COUNTIES WILL CAUSE MORE FLOODING.
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING ACROSS THESE COUNTIES AND
