THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  GONZALES
  WILSON
  BEXAR
  GUADALUPE

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 341 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OCCURRING FROM FLORESVILLE TO STOCKDALE AND GONZALES.  MOVEMENT IS 
  NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.  THE STORMS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO TRAIN
  ACROSS THE COUNTIES.  RAINFALL RATES ARE ESTIMATED AT 2 TO 4 INCHES
  AN HOUR ACROSS WILSON COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
