FLOODING OVER NUMEROUS LOW WATER CROSSINGS ACROSS BEXAR...WILSON... 
GUADALUPE AND GONZALES COUNTIES.  RESCUES ARE TAKING PLACE IN BEXAR 
COUNTY.  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING OVER MUCH OF 
ATASCOSA COUNTY WITH FLASH FLOODING LIKELY TO BEGIN VERY SHORTLY.
