VAL VERDE * UNTIL 600 PM CDT * AT 400 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTAINED IN A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SLOWLY EAST ACROSS VAL VERDE COUNTY. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE... OVER LAKE AMISTAD AND COMSTOCK TO JUNO AND LOMA ALTA. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
