VAL VERDE * UNTIL 400 PM CDT * AT 144 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM 32 MILES NORTH OF SEMINOLE CANYON STATE PARK TO 14 MILES WEST OF SEMINOLE CANYON STATE PARK...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE...
