* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ATCHISON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS
  LEAVENWORTH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS
  PLATTE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT

* AT 430 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED...LIGHT
  RAIN FALLING OVER PARTS OF SOUTHERN LEAVENWORTH AND PLATTE
  COUNTIES. NUMEROUS ROADS REMAINED CLOSED...ESPECIALLY THROUGHOUT
  ATCHISON AND LEAVENWORTH COUNTIES. BETWEEN 7 AND 11 INCHES OF RAIN
  FELL OVER MOST OF ATCHISON COUNTY TUESDAY. AS A RESULT...THE WATER
  HAS BEEN SLOW TO RECEDE. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND A FEW
  THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...WHICH COULD LEAD OR
  PROLONG THE CURRENT FLOOD PROBLEMS.
