* AT 717 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS OVER MUCH OF ATCHISON COUNTY KANSAS MOVING EAST AT 30
MPH. THUNDERSTORMS WERE REDEVELOPING TO THE WEST OF THE COUNTY AND
MOVING EAST...LEADING TO MULTIPLE EPISODES OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.
OVER 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED IN EFFINGHAM...AND AN
ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY THROUGH
MIDNIGHT.
