THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PLEASANT HILL HAS ISSUED A
* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
ATCHISON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST KANSAS
* UNTIL 430 AM CDT
* AT 130 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED...
THE HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED SOUTH AND OUT
OF THE REGION. HOWEVER...MANY ROADS REMAIN CLOSED THROUGHOUT THE
COUNTY AND ADDITIONAL SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
PROLONG THE FLOODING AND HIGH WATER PROBLEMS.
* ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LEAD TO RAPID RISES...AND THE THREAT
OF FLASH FLOODING...ON THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND CREEKS
