THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN QUAD CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  CLINTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA

* UNTIL 945 PM CDT

* AT 900 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...WITH POSSIBLE TORNADO...OVER CENTRAL CLINTON 
COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AROUND 35 MPH.

LARGE HAIL IS POSSIBLE AS WELL.

THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS IN A BASEMENT. SEEK
SHELTER ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING IN AN INTERIOR HALLWAY OR
