SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH POSSIBLE TORNADO...OVER WESTERN CEDAR 
COUNTY...NEAR WEST BRANCH..MOVING EAST AROUND 35 MPH.

* THIS STORM WILL AFFECT MAINLY SOUTHERN CEDAR COUNTY.
