LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...WITH POSSIBLE TORNADOES...ALONG A   
LINE EXTENDING FROM 5 MILES EAST OF WEST LIBERTY TO 6 MILES 
SOUTHWEST OF DE WITT...MOVING SOUTHEAST AROUND 45 MPH.
