* AT 358 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING
  TORNADO 3 MILES WEST OF BELPRE. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
