* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TREGO COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 730 PM CDT LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN TREGO COUNTY REPORTED
  FLOODING ALONG BIG CREEK, WHICH WAS RUNNING 4 TO 5 FEET ABOVE
  NORMAL.  BIG CREEK HAD BEEN OUT OF ITS BANKS EARLIER NEAR VODA,
  BUT WAS NO LONGER REPORTED OUT OF ITS BANKS.
