THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DODGE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PAWNEE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS

* UNTIL 145 AM CDT

* AT 744 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT EXTREMELY 
HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING ACROSS PAWNEE COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 
TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN IN THE WESTERN PART OF THE 
COUNTY IN THE PAST HOUR. THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST AND 
DUMP HEAVY RAIN ACROSS ALL OF PAWNEE COUNTY THROUGH 10 PM. IN 
ADDITION...MORE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO PAWNEE COUNTY OVERNIGHT.
FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AREAS, ROADS AND STREAMS CAN BE EXPECTED.
