SFC TROF CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN ACROSS WRN COASTAL BEND AND VALLEY REGION FROM ALI-BRO...WITH STRENGTHENING LOW LVL JET AND S/W APCHG FROM CENTRAL OLD MX. SFC MOISTURE CONVERGENCE IS VERY STRONG WITH LIGHT NW WINDS AT LRD AND 21G25KT EASTERLY WINDS AT BUOY 42020. WINDS ARE CONVECTIVE DRIVEN AT THE PRESENT TIME...BUT MAY CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL HOURS THEREFORE MAY NEED TO UPDATE CWF AS WELL.
