WHICH WL BE MOVG EWD ACRS THE PLAINS MONDAY. AS THIS UPPER
DISTURBANCE MOVES EWD...THE SURFACE FRONT WL MOVE INTO THE CWA BY
LATE MONDAY. AN UPPER JET WILL AFFECT THE REGION THROUGH TUESDAY.
THUS...EXPECT SURFACE AND UPPER FORCING TO CONTRIBUTE TO CONVECTION
