...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING CONTINUES FOR NORTHERN CALHOUN...VICTORIA 
AND GOLIAD COUNTIES UNTIL 315 PM CDT...

AT 155 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A NEW AREA OF SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING FROM REFUGIO TO LONG MOTT TO PLACEDO. 
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 INCH TO 1 1/2 INCHES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED 
WITH THESE STORMS...AS THEY MOVE NORTH AT 15 MPH. THE HEAVY RAIN 
WILL MOVE NORTH ACROSS EASTERN GOLIAD AND VICTORIA COUNTIES THROUGH 
315 PM.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES.
