.SUN AND MON...
ACTIVE EVENING SETTING UP. MODELS FAIRLY SIMILAR IN TROUGH PLACEMENT.
THE ETA IS A LITTLE SLOWER AND PREFERRED BASED ON THE TROUGH BECOMING
NEGATIVELY TILTED. STRONG COLD FRONT MOVING INTO WESTERN MONTANA AT THE
MOMENT. SURFACE TROUGH AHEAD OF THE FRONT SEPARATES QUITE A DEWPOINT
DIFFERENCE. FRONT SHOULD GET INTO THE LIVINGSTON AREA AROUND 00Z AND
THEN SLIDE INTO THE SOUTHEAST BY MIDNIGHT. CAPES AROUND 1500-3500 JKG
FROM SOUTH CENTRAL MONTANA INTO THE SOUTHEAST. SHEAR POWERFUL OVER THE
SOUTHEAST. SEVERE MULTICELLULAR STORMS EXPECTED OVER SOUTH CENTRAL
MONTANA WITH SUPERCELLS OVER THE SOUTHEAST. WILL MENTION SEVERE. SUNDAY
SHOULD BE FAIRLY QUIET AS THE FRONT CLEARS THIS OUT. STILL SOUTHWEST
FLOW HOWEVER LEFT OVER AT 500MB. FRONT LAYS DOWN OVER WYOMING WITH A
TONGUE OF INSTABILITY PUSHING BACK ALONG THE MOUNTAINS. WAVES PROGGED TO
CRUISE NORTH OF THE AREA AS NEXT UPSTREAM TROUGH DIGS OVER THE
NORTHWEST. WILL INCLUDE A LOW POP OVER THE MOUNTAINS AS RIGHT REAR QUAD
OF THE JET TO BE IN THIS AREA AIDING ASCENT. THE SOUTHEAST SHOULD BE
FAIRLY STABLE FOR A CHANGE BEHIND THE FRONT. MORE MOISTURE GETS DRAWN IN
FROM MONDAY FOR LOW POPS ALL AROUND. TEMPERATURES WILL BE DRAMATICALLY
COOLER THE NEXT TWO DAYS. WILL NOT BE AGGRESSIVE IN THE COOLING THE
GUIDANCE...AS FRONT SHOULD NOT DRIVE THAT FAR SOUTH AND BEST COOLING
WILL BE NORTH. HUMPHREY

NEW AVN RUN IS KEEPING QUITE A BIT OF TROUGHINESS OVER THE AREA ON
TUESDAY WITH PRECIPITABLE H20S STILL RUNNING FROM .75 TO 1.00. THUS
THUNDER STAYS IN THE FORECAST WITH TEMPS JUST A FEW DEGREES WARMER THAN
MONDAY. WEDNESDAY WILL STILL SEE ISOLATED ACTIVITY BUT SURFACE PATTERN
IS INDICATED RETURN MOISTURE MAY BE CUTOFF FROM REACHING THE AREA AS
SURFACE PRESSURE FAVORS THE AREA. SOUTHWEST FLOW REDEVELOPS LATER IN THE
EXTENDED AND THE SURFACE PATTERN BECOMES A BIT MORE FAVORABLE FOR RETURN
MOISTURE. WILL GO WITH A MOSTLY DRY FORECAST FOR WESTERN SECTIONS ON
WEDNESDAY AND THE WHOLE AREA ON THURSDAY...OTHERWISE MOST AFTERNOONS AND
