* AT 1013 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ZAPATA...MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 20 MPH. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE HAIL TO THE
  SIZE OF QUARTERS... AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
