* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CAMERON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 304 PM CDT... THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE MOVING 
THROUGH CAMERON COUNTY...NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR 
ESTIMATES 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL WITH THESE STORMS...WITH SOME 
ISOLATED TOTALS OF 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH
  FLOODING INCLUDE...BROWNSVILLE...CAMERON PARK...PORT ISABEL...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND 
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
