DEWPOINTS IN THE LOWER 70S IN CENTRAL ND. AN INVERTED TROUGH IS JUST
EAST OF A LINE FROM MINOT TO BISMARCK. THE INDICIES INDICATE
INSTABILITY ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA. CONSEQUENTLY EXPECT
