THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SULLIVAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK.

* UNTIL 300 AM EDT.

* AT 1140 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED 
BANDS OF VERY HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FEEDING NORTHWARD 
ACROSS THE COUNTY.  RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT BETWEEN TWO /2.00/ 
AND TWO AND A HALF /2.50/ INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE ABOUT 10 
PM EDT IN THE FAR EASTERN PART OF THE COUNTY NEAR WOODBURNE.  
ANOTHER AREA OF NEAR TWO /2.00/ INCHES HAS OCCURRED IN WESTERN 
PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY.

AS ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS AFFECT SULLIVAN COUNTY THROUGH AT LEAST 2 
AM EDT...FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS IS EXPECTED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.

NOW LOCATED OVER THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN ZONES. HAVE ALSO MADE
SMALL CHANGES TO THE ENDING TIME OF THE PRECIP...CLOUD COVER...TEMPS
