ABUNDANT LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL COMBINE WITH DAYTIME HEATING TO PRODUCE A VERY UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE ACROSS MUCH OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES THIS AFTERNOON.
