ROCKIES UPPER TROF. STILL SOME THREAT OF SEVERE AND WILL LEAVE IN
FORECAST DESPITE SPC LOWERING RISK TO SLIGHT. BEST RISK OF SEVERE
PROBABLY OVER SOUTHERN 1/3 OF CWA WHERE INSTABILITY AND SHEAR THE
